Living during an economic downturn can be difficult. Many people are struggling even to put food on the table or gas in their car. When necessities become difficult to provide for yourself, it’s common to let your exercise go by the wayside as well. However, it is essential that you maintain your good exercise habits.
One thing to keep in mind is that when you exercise, your body secretes hormones that can prevent depression and help to improve your mood. You can also experience more energy which can be a big help when you’re looking for ways to stretch your income or looking for a new job.

People already know the fact that as time passes and you gain years to your age, it becomes more difficult to stay healthy and in shape. This is because as one ages, the body’s metabolic processes slow. This is a process science has been unable to provide a solution for until now.
This is what research into genetics is trying to achieve. There’s research in the past 20 years that has at least shown some progress in identifying some reasons why people age.
